Innovative and futuristic Robotics and Process Automation
solutions are being produced by two leading companies in customer experience
(CX) solutions, Kleptika and Silah Gulf.

The two entities are partnering to
transform CX in the Middle East through automated services.

“Our Contextor RPA and RDA solutions have a proven track
record with blue-chip companies around the world,” Thierry Petrens, founder
of Kleptika, said. “Our unique selling proposition is their ability to adapt to any
environment, without accessing applications via APIs, and to simply and quickly
create 360 views of the customer, without impacting security and
confidentiality. There is no question businesses growth and efficiency are
restricted by traditional manual processes. They need to get the robot out of
the human to drive operational benefit and compete and win in today’s dynamic
business environment.”

The intensely competitive Middle East business environment
calls for companies to be efficient while maintaining tight budgets. The
development and implementation of operations often farmed out are powered by RDA
(Robotic Desktop Automation) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Robotic
solutions provide profitable margins for companies, lower costs and better the
accuracy and customer interaction offered by each business.

Services offered by Kleptika and Silah are successfully
utilized by businesses in the banking, insurance, energy, retail, and telecommunications
sectors. The RPA and RDA combination offer customers great service options
while allowing the company to operate on minimal costs.

“We are excited to launch innovative Robotics and Automation
solutions together with Kleptika,” Silah Gulf CEO Ricardo
Langwieder-Goerner said. “With the Contextor Product line, we will revolutionize the
way Businesses operate in the Business Process Management space in the region.
Our Robotics and Process Automation suite will change the way Middle East
businesses expedite core operational processes, ultimately improving their
efficiency and their end user experience, while strengthening businesses’
bottom lines.”
