Kuwait Finance House (KFH) is using electronic services to fulfill its banking commitments to clients during Eid al-Adha (Eid), the holiday marking the end of the annual hajj to the holy Saudi Arabian city of Mecca.

KFH will continue to offer various services for customers both in Kuwait and overseas through its website, which offers more than 150 free services, in addition to the airport branch and other service channels that provide clients with necessary services 24/7.

KFH wants to continue offering customers the best level of services possible while still allowing employees to fulfill religious obligations.

The bank’s call center will answer client calls throughout the day, and will work to resolve any problems that might face clients in Kuwait and overseas.

Customers still will be able to make account transactions, ask for financial transactions, pay bills, purchase cards to recharge cell phones and other services online.

The bank’s ATM machines also will be available to customers throughout the Eid holiday, and they will be fully stocked with cash to face high withdrawal operations during the holiday.

Mobi Baitok, vehicles that serve as KFH mobile branches, will be available during the holiday in the areas of Mangaf, past Sultan center, Alahmadi showroom, Alsulaibiya Cooperative Society, Alfarwaniya Cooperative Society, Aliya Hospital in Almahboula, the furniture showroom in Alray, the Aljaleeb markets and Alharaj in Alshuwaikh.

The bank’s normal operating hours will resume on Monday.
