Medeor 24×7 Hospital, a new 80-bed family hospital in the heart of Abu Dhabi, began operations this week, offering residents of the Emirati capital a new patient-centric health care facility.

Medeor is set up to offer high-quality services in various medical specialities including mother and child care, cardiology, neurosciences, adult and neonatal critical care, surgery, endocrinology, rheumatology, dermatology, and physiotherapy. The hospital even offers dentistry and psychology services.

Medeor 24×7 has another 70-bed hospital in Dubai; and as the name would indicate, the hospital has health care professionals available around the clock to meet patient needs.

Patients of the new hospital have access to cutting-edge medical technology, including open and closed MRI scanners, a biplanar cath lab with neuro-interventional capability, and 16 modular integrated critical care beds.

“Our aim is to provide our patients with world-class medical care while remaining true to local culture and traditions and ensuring we place people and the local community at the heart of all we do,” Pieter Slabberts, the CEO of Medeor 24×7 Hospital in Abu Dhabi, said. “Medeor 24×7 Hospital will cater to all our patients’ needs through our team of nationally renowned health care experts.

The new 14-story hospital, is on Sultan Bin Zayed I Street, and is the first and only hospital in Abu Dhabi’s private sector.
