Mindware, a Dubai-based firm that distributes virtualization and software products, recently adopted 3i Infotech’s ORION 11j enterprise resource planning suite for its cloud-based application.

The technology is designed to help business leaders manage multiple aspects of operations with one seamless application. ORION 11j gives access to all business processes at once to cut costs with streamlined collaborative business functions.

That means faster decision making and quicker response time, which should lead to better customer service.

Ashish Dass, president-EMEA at 3i Infotech, said working with Mindware is particularly exciting for the company since the ORION 11j will be applied to a cloud-based model for the first time.

“A leading IT company like Mindware choosing this model of deployment, shows the region’s high acceptance and adoption rate of the trending advanced global technologies in streamlining processes and increasing productivity by using core systems on the cloud,” Dass said.

Mario Gay, Mindware’s GM, said his company is the perfect place to adopt the new ORION 11j system as it shows customers that the IT firm is on the cutting edge of the latest business technology.
