The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry said the National Treasure Initiative conference, developed in partnership with
Knowledge Expansion, began with a lineup of distinguished speakers who enthralled the audience with their stories from the field.
The two-day conference opened Tuesday a welcome address by
Mohammed Bin Sulaiman, senior manager of member relations for Dubai Chamber.
“This global initiative, being
held for the first time in the UAE and the region, complements Dubai Chamber’s
initiative of Tejar Dubai entrepreneurship development program whose aim is
to find and train creative and commercially minded youth to help them turn
their business ideas into a reality,” Bin Sulaiman said.
He went on to talk about the UAE’s
growing competitiveness in entrepreneurship and how that reflects the wise
leadership of both those in the field and the leaders of the Emirates.
“Our entrepreneurs have an
important role in shaping the economic future of the country,” Bin

Sulaiman said. “I am confident
that the National Treasure initiative will help budding entrepreneurs to
realise their dreams and become part of the UAE’s thriving economy.”
