The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) recently announced the winners
of its Al Jawhara weekly drawings during the month of August.

Ministry of
Commerce representatives supervised the draws.

The winners were Sara Falhan, Boushra Al
Tobali, Ahmad Ghloum and Yasser Fahmy. Each won roughly
$16,500.

Al Jawhara is the most popular prize-giving account in
Kuwait. Account holders are allowed to enter weekly, monthly and quarterly
drawings. Prize money is transferred directly to winning accounts.

The accounts are available for both Kuwaitis and expats and
can be opened at any of the bank’s branches in Kuwait. Existing NBK customers
can also apply online.

NBK customers have chances to win weekly prizes, monthly
prizes and a quarterly grand prize of $16,500, $414,000 and $828,000, respectively. More money in an NBK account equals more chances to win.
