Delegations from the Public Works and Service Department in Ras Al Khaimah and the Ajman Free Zone recently reviewed the five-star rating received by Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department of the Abu Dhabi Police.

The review applies specifically to the experience that customers receive from the Vehicle and Drivers Licensing Department. It is important the customers receive fast, efficient service through a variety of channels.

Both of the delegations toured the department’s customer service center, where Colonel Suhail Al Khaiaili, chief of the vehicles licensing section, told the two delegations that the department offers
service packages

to its customers that include self-service e-Payment machines, smart applications and comprehensive employee channels.

The department’s customer service center has served 383,528 transactions in the last year. These were all completed with simple, easy steps that satisfied customers’ needs. This method has enhanced customer satisfaction reports from a variety of channels and aligns with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to streamline the public services departments in the nation.

“The data’s accuracy and validity in the e-archiving system, considered to be one of the most important tools to transform data into useful information, provide special services to the public,” Al Khaiaili said.
