Oman Oil Marketing Company recently launched its Farah campaign, which is dedicated to bringing happiness to local communities throughout Oman.

The campaign runs until mid-January and is the first of its kind in the sultanate. It involves the company’s special ambassadors showing up at filling stations to surprise customers with gifts — such as an LED TV — and capturing those moments on film.

Besides creating smiles, Oman’s “Feel Good” campaign has enhanced the relationship between its brand and customers.

“The tremendous reaction from customers and everyone involved has proven to be infectious, spreading feelings of happiness that brighten up their days,” Oman Oil Senior Retail Manager Jaber Al Wahaibi said. “Our ethos has always been to care beyond the pump, with each moment of joy strengthening the bond between us and our valued customers. It is great to be happy, and with Farah we are aiming to create special moments and memories — one person at a time.”

Farah ambassadors have already visited filling stations in the governorates of Muscat, Ad Dakhliyah, North and South Al Batinah, Al Sharqiyah and Dhofar.

Oman Oil Marketing Company, created in 2003, is considered a leader in the sultanate’s energy sector. The company markets and distributes fuel and lubricant products in the areas of fuel retailing, direct fuel sales to government and commercial sectors, aviation refueling, lubricants, storage and distribution.
