Oman’s Saraya Bandar Jissah development featured at Cityscape Kuwait

Saraya Bandar Jissah, a luxury lifestyle development on the outskirts of Muscat, Oman, was showcased at the recent Cityscape Kuwait 2015, a regional platform for developers to share their latest projects with investors and real estate professionals.

Developed by Omran and Saraya Oman, Saraya Bandar Jissah is being built on more than 230 million square feet of beachfront property.

“Since the project is now steadily moving toward completion, we wanted to expand our horizons and take the project to Kuwait, which is a key market,”

Saraya Bandar Jissah will include 398 high-end residential units spread over five zones, two five-star hotels scheduled to open in 2017, state-of-the-art recreational facilities, staff accommodations and technical zones.
