Personnel at APM Terminals Bahrain achieved Green Belt status through the Lean Six Sigma program, a business initiative focused on using a collaborative team approach to reduce and eliminate waste in the areas of time, inventory, motion, waiting, overproduction, overprocessing, defects and skills. So far, more than 30 APM Terminals Bahrain workers have received Six Sigma certification
