As a result of its endeavors in green building practices in the Middle East, the Emirates Green Building Council (EmiratesGBC) is gaining growing recognition. This was evident in the recent appointment of Habiba Al Marashi, EmiratesGBC co-founder, to the Membership Committee of the World Green Building Council, the largest international organization influencing the green building marketplace.
