A seminar called "Food Waste Management -- Innovative Practices" was held Sunday at the Dubai Chamber Sustainability Partnership, which was also in charge of organizing the event with the help of the French Business Council. In attendance were representatives of private companies working in the UAE in industries like hotels, caterers, food companies and food banking.

The French Business Council's (FBC) Healthcare Committee visited the laboratory facilities of the Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (DuBiotech), a member of TECOM Investments, last week. During the visit, committee members shared experiences and discussed recent innovations and challenges in the life sciences sector with DuBiotech business partners.
