Hill International has been awarded a contract from Health Assurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) to provide project and construction management services for two new hospitals being built in Kuwait. The three year contract is worth approximately $13.1 million.Each hospital, to be built in Al Ahmadi and Al Jahra, will have 300 beds, staff accommodation buildings and parking facilities.

Hill International said James Koch will lead the global construction consulting firm's operations in Kuwait and Bahrain as part of recent promotions in the company’s Project Management Group. Koch, who will be based out of Hill's Kuwait City offices, previously worked out of Hill’s Washington, D.C. office as senior vice president and director of Federal Services Group.

Construction risk management firm Hill International named Simon Longley senior vice president of Hill's Construction Claims Group Wednesday. Longley will work from Hill's Dubai, United Arab Emirates, office and brings with him more than three decades of experience in construction consulting. He has worked as regional managing director with Project Advisors International.
