OSCOMP offering new set of services

Open Source Computer Solutions LLC (OSCOMP), one of the United Arab Emirates’ top system integrating companies, has released a set of high-quality, yet reasonably-priced telecommunications services for customers in the UAE.

Established in 2003 in Dubai, OSCOMP touts itself as a one-stop system integrator. The company is now offering its services to small- and medium-sized companies in the UAE.

The collaboration between OSCOMP and Avaya will allow the companies to offer reliable, high-quality services installed and serviced by certified technicians. Systems will be tailored to meet the needs of individual companies.

“We have specialization in offering an array of services including telecom integration and optimization, call monitoring and recording along with IP Telephony and VoIP,” the OSCOMP executive said. “Our credentials in providing high quality PABX, Digital Telecom, Voicemail Integration, Auto Call Attendant/Interactive Voice Response (IVR) aside from Smart Mobile Integration Call Center Telecom Solutions and CRM Integration remain unmatched.”

OSCOMP offers ITGuy Support, a service contract program that provides easy access to a variety of services and support.
