Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, secretary general of the Foreign Ministry of Qatar, held a farewell ceremony on Tuesday honoring Istvan Elter, outgoing Hungarian ambassador to Qatar.
The ceremony took place at the Diplomatic Club in Doha. It was attended by a number of heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the
country and directors of various Foreign Ministry departments.
Elter held the ambassador’s post since 2012.
