that killed dozens of people and left scores more wounded near the Afghan Parliament.
Qatar’s Foreign Ministry
condemned the attacks targeting the security and
stability of Afghanistan, reiterating its rejection of violence
and terrorism in all forms, no matter the motive.
Qatar offered its sincere sympathy
for the families of those affected by the tragedy and for the Afghani
government and people as a whole.
