Qatar Duty Free recently opened InPlay, the company’s new sportswear concept store, at the Hamad International Airport.

This new outlet store provides customers with a wide variety of sportswear, accessories and equipment for children, women and men — whether they are holiday travelers needing new sunglasses or business travelers working out in their hotel rooms. InPlay seeks to appeal to all of the passengers who travel through the airport each day, and includes branded sports kits for FC Barcelona fans.

Brands include Nike (sunglasses, apparel and shoes), Babolat (including tennis rackets and bags), Arena (with swimming accessories and swimwear), Dunlop (squash rackets and balls, badminton sets and tennis balls), Crocs shoes, Oakley sunglasses, Hickies plastic shoe laces, Zem shoes and more.

“Qatar Duty Free is delighted to introduce InPlay, a new multi-brand sports concept store that we have developed internally with our retail team,” Qatar Duty Free

Senior Vice President

Keith Hunter

said. “We believe we have brought together a strong collection of sporting items, clothing and brands that cater to the type of passengers travelling through Qatar on both business and leisure. It is unusual for an airport to carry such an extensive range of sporting apparel, but we know that our customers are going to appreciate the fact that they can pick up a pair of trainers, sunglasses or a new tennis racket while they are travelling.”
