Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, secretary-general of Qatar’s
Foreign Ministry, hosted the ceremony at the ministry’s Diplomatic Club. Heads of several of the ministry’s departments and Qatar’s diplomatic missions also joined in to bid goodbye to Wilfredo Santos, the
ambassador of the Philippines to Qatar, and Guillermo Rubio Funes, the ambassador
of El Salvador to Qatar.
