Qatar National Bank (QNB) has entered into a deal to provide students at Qatar Banking Studies and Business Administration Independent Secondary School for Boys (QBSBAS) with an in-depth look at the world of banking.

Under the memorandum of understanding, QBSBAS students will have the opportunity to see what it is like to work in a bank by visiting QNB branches and learning the basics of banking operations.

QNB will offer training sessions where students will be introduced to the banking industry and gain insight into bank processes and procedures. There will also be sessions in which students will be able to job shadow QNB staff members.

“Signing this MOU with the school hereby signifies the continuation of our cooperation and support to the QBSBAS school for boys,” QNB Centre of Excellence Executive Manager Nada Al Ansari said. “We hereby extend our welcome to this future generation of bankers and encourage them to participate in the visits and lessons in order to gain a good introduction to the banking industry and form a solid understanding of its operations, so that they may benefit from this knowledge in their future careers.”

QNB is a leading financial institution in the Middle East.
