Qatar takes part in Arab League meeting on Libya

Qatar recently joined an Arab League consultative meeting to
discuss efforts to provide political and moral
support to the national reconciliation government in Libya
.

The group
also focused on obstacles blocking the implementation of the Skhirat agreement.

The meeting, held at the Arab League General Secretariat in Cairo, was chaired
by Najib Mnif, Tunisian ambassador to Egypt and permanent representative to the
Arab League. Also present were Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Arab League secretary general,
and Salaheddine Jamali, Arab League special envoy to Libya.

Al Buainain, Qatar’s ambassador to Egypt and permanent representative to the
Arab League, represented Qatar at the meeting, leading a delegation of
Qatari diplomats.
