His Excellency Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, Minister of State for Energy Affairs and President and CEO of QatarEnergy, has completed a working visit to Japan. During the visit, he met with leaders from the Japanese energy industry.

On the second day of his visit, Minister Al-Kaabi held meetings with Mr. Masumi Kakinoki, Chairman of the Board of Marubeni, and Mr. Kaoru Hijikata, Managing Executive Officer of Tohoku Electric. The discussions focused on cooperation in the energy sector.

According to QatarEnergy, “Discussions during the meetings focused on existing and future cooperation and further strengthening bilateral relations in the energy sector.”

The meetings aimed to enhance collaboration between QatarEnergy and Japanese companies as part of ongoing efforts to develop stronger partnerships in energy.
