QatarEnergy has recognized 152 employees for their long-term service, marking career milestones of 30, 35, and 40 years. Among the honorees were three individuals who have worked continuously at the company for 45 years.
The “My Legacy” recognition ceremony took place in Doha under the patronage and presence of Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, Minister of State for Energy Affairs and President and CEO of QatarEnergy. During the event, Al-Kaabi expressed gratitude to the employees for their dedication throughout their years with the company.
“You have been part of our transformation journey over the years from Qatar General Petroleum Corporation to Qatar Petroleum, and now to QatarEnergy, which is a name to reckon with home and abroad, and a name that is synonymous with great talents and accomplishments,” said Al-Kaabi during his speech.
He added: “We owe a lot to the men and women who have worked in this company for years before us, with us today, and even those who will join us in the future. There is no doubt that our accomplishments are a testament to your dedication to your jobs and to your contributions as you helped to the development of the many people around you to help make this company even better.”
Al-Kaabi concluded by thanking all honored employees for their commitment and contributions over many years.
