Rawaj International, a communication agency based in the United Arab Emirates, recently acquired the public relations account for Turkey’s Zorlu Center, which includes Raffles Istanbul, the Zorlu Performing Arts Center and Zorlu Shopping Mall.

The center in Istanbul includes more than 775,001 square feet of scenic space aimed at meeting the  needs of shoppers, art aficionados, residents and travelers. Its performing arts center includes a main theater that can seat more than 2,000 guests, plus a smaller theater that seats 678. Both theaters showcase diverse artistic genres including Broadway and West End musicals, dance, classical, opera, jazz, and pop artists.

The Zorlu Shopping Mall includes numerous high-profile global brands, and Raffles includes 185 guest rooms.

In addition, the complex includes offices and residences ranging from 1,259 square feet to 7,911 square feet with a number of different floor plans.

Also included in the center is Zorlu Park, an escape in the middle of the bustling city that includes a playground, activity spaces and resting areas. The park hosts a number of concerts and festivals throughout the year.

Rawaj, which handled the public relations for Raffles Istanbul when it opened in 2014, will be in charge of all PR-related activities for Zorlu Centre in the Gulf Cooperation Council, including accommodating all media requests.
