“Reading
Nation” is the slogan that describes the 1,500 students who will graduate from Ajman
University of Science and Technology (AUST) in October.

These students will leave their
academic home and venture into the working world to begin their careers. Khalifa Al Nahyan, president of United Arab Emirates, dedicated 2016 as the Year of Reading, a campaign originated by Mohammed Al Maktoum, vice president of UAE and ruler of
Dubai, leading this group of students to
graduate under the “Reading Nation” slogan.

Ceremonies will be held for male and female students on Oct. 24 and 25,
respectively. Ajman campuses will celebrate the achievements of the
students at the Sheikh Zayed Center for Conferences and Exhibitions. The Fujairah
campus will host ceremonies at Sheikh Khalifa Hall Nov. 1-2.

A new
website will host all information regarding the ceremonies and information
requested by the graduating students. In addition, graduates can celebrate
their moment with photos and messages with the hashtag #austgrad16.
