Some of the best businesses in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will be treated to a talk by one of the best speakers in the world at the upcoming closing ceremony of the 9th cycle of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (MRM)
Business Award and the 1st edition of the MRM Business Innovation Award.
Ron Kaufman, a world-renowned
motivational speaker, author and customer service expert, will headline the ceremony at Madinat Jumeirah Arena on Feb. 21 to honor
businesses that have made strong contributions to the economy.
Attendees will include dignitaries and distinguished executives and business
leaders.

At the ceremony, Kaufman will focus on strategies and models that can help businesses
improve customer service.
