dozen apartments has been listed for sale in the Juffair area of Manama, Bahrain, for  $5.83 million.

The building, with 18 single-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom apartments, offers almost 10,000 square
feet of total living space and provides an estimated $38,441 in monthly
income before utilities are paid.

Some of the apartments are furnished and may include items
like a bed, dresser and nightstands in addition to the kitchen appliances and
storage.

building.

Juffair is a neighborhood in Manama, where the country’s
largest mosque, Al Fateh Mosque, is located. The National Library is also
located at the Mosque. There are a variety of government offices, including the
Ministry of Islamic Affairs, the Central Informatics Organization and the Bahrain
Tribune, located in Juffair. There are two schools in the community as well.
