Residential facility taking shape

Management company Impact Estate and Bahrain-based developer Zahed Modern Properties W.L.L. have teamed up on a new residential development, Modern Residence – 2.

Modern Residence – 2 was designed by representatives of Elevation Architects and Engineers. The projects features roomy, luxurious apartments and penthouses with sea views that are available for sale. The complex is in the Amwaj Islands. Units range from over 87 square meters to 198 square meters and have been finished with high-quality light fittings, custom-made furnishing supplied by Modern Woodworks, kitchen appliances and high specification leisure facilities.

“It is an honor for us to work with the developer on his second project,” Oksana A.K., general manager of Impact Estate, said. “All properties developed by Zahed Modern Properties W.L.L. are tastefully appointed and boast high-end product. With the increasing interest in Amwaj Area this building will be popular with discerning home owners.”

Flexible payment schedule are available. The building’s targeted completion date is June 2016.

This is the second project of Zahed Modern Properties W.L.L. The first residential building, Modern Residence -1, opened in 2014 and sold out in a matter of weeks.

Modern Residence-2’s facilities include a swimming pool and fully equipped gymnasium, 24-hour security with CCTV cameras, high quality entrance door access system, covered parking and lobby.

All apartments are fully furnished.
