SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company participated in the International Fertilizer Association (IFA) Annual Conference held in Monaco from May 12 to 14. The event gathered industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders to discuss crucial topics such as sustainable practices, technological advancements, and investment strategies aimed at securing global food security. This year’s conference was themed “Investing in the Future of Food.”
Fahad Al-Battar, CEO of SABIC Agri-Nutrients, emphasized the importance of collaboration in driving industry solutions. He stated, “We at, SABIC Agri-Nutrients, believe that it will require major collaborative efforts to drive industry solutions. Investment in the industry should be secured not only based on the expected returns but must consider other related decisions, such as the countries to be targeted, the crops to be raised, the destination of the harvests, and the technologies to be applied.”
During the conference, SABIC AN highlighted its initiatives toward global food security and advanced solutions. The company is actively engaging with global NGOs, customers, partners, and stakeholders to move closer to sustainable agricultural practices.
