Samsung Electronics recently introduced several new air conditioning units with advanced technology geared specifically toward the Saudi Arabian climate during a launch event at Riyadh’s Kempinski Hotel to promote its new products and to share the benefits of advances in air conditioning technology.

“Each product displayed to the Saudi market has a unique quality that differentiates it from current technologies in the market focusing mainly on Samsung’s new 360 circular cassette, Samsung new cutting-edge energy efficient DVM S 24HP and the DVM S Eco 10HP,” Samsung Saudi Arabia General Manager

KeeWon Park said. “These exemplary products are considered a milestone in the air conditioning business thanks to the great amount of research and development that Samsung has invested in this field in the past few years.”

Samsung’s 360 cassette unit transforms airflow and controls the temperature 360 degrees around a room. It has optional features such as a kit to eradicate allergens, dust and airborne contaminants.

Other new models includd the Super DVM designed for efficiency in the Saudi climate and another with a built-in leak detection system that collects leaked refrigerants.
