Sany Port Machinery secures $7.5 million order at Saudi Arabia’s King Abdul Aziz Port

Sany Port Machinery, a subsidiary of Sany Group, recently
won an order for 31 units of mobile port machinery for King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

 

The deal, Sany’s largest-ever order for mobile port machinery, is valued at $7.5 million. As per the agreement,
Sany will deliver 10T-46T forklifts, reach stackers, containment handlers and

special attachments for handling steel pipes, steel coils and other bulk cargo
to
Dammam.

 

“Sany Port Machinery is extremely reliable and
engineered to meet local customer needs,” Sany Port Machinery’s Middle East regional manager said. “Sany and its local dealers work together to
deliver timely and reliable service to our customers. Our efforts to ensure
that we provide efficient part delivery has earned us recognition from our
customers and led to the success of our business.”

 
Sany Port Machinery has grown into a
worldwide leader in the development and manufacture of logistic equipment. It
creates more than 150 models of mobile port machinery, large port machinery and
marine equipment at its plants in Changsha and Zhuhai, China. The company has
grown its relationship with Saudi Arabia over the years, going from having its
machines used at eight ports and container yards to nearly 100.
