Saudi Arabia closes July 2025 sukuk program with SAR 5.020 billion allocation

The National Debt Management Center has announced the completion of the July 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated for this issuance was SAR 5.020 billion.

The Sukuk issuance was divided into four tranches:

“The first tranche has a size of SAR776 Mn (Seven hundred and seventy-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).”

“The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.340 Bn (One billion three hundred and forty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032).”

“The third tranche has a size of SAR 823 Mn (Eight hundred and twenty-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036).”

“The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 2.081 Bn (Two billion and eighty-one million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039).”
