Saudi Arabia completes August sukuk issuance totaling SAR 5.3 billion

The National Debt Management Center has announced the completion of the August 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated for this round was SAR 5.313 billion.

The issuance was divided into four tranches with different maturity dates. The first tranche, valued at SAR 755 million, will mature in 2029. The second tranche amounts to SAR 465 million and matures in 2032. The third tranche is set at SAR 1.123 billion and will mature in 2036, while the fourth tranche totals SAR 2.970 billion and matures in 2039.
