The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the completion of the December 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government’s SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated for this issuance was SAR 7.016 billion.
According to NDMC, the Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches. “The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.236 Bn (One billion and two hundred thirty-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027),” stated NDMC. “The second tranche has a size of SAR 335 Mn (Three hundred and thirty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029). The third tranche has a size of SAR 1.180 Bn (One billion and one hundred eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032). The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 1.692 Bn (One billion and six hundred ninety-two million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036). The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 2.573 Bn (Two billion and five-hundred seventy-three million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039).”
NDMC clarified that all figures have been rounded to the nearest decimal point.
