Saudi Arabia completes October 2025 sukuk issuance totaling SAR 7.547 billion

The National Debt Management Center has announced the completion of the October 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated for this issuance reached 7.547 billion Saudi Riyals.

The issuance was divided into four tranches. The first tranche, valued at 538 million Saudi Riyals, will mature in 2029. The second tranche, totaling 493 million Saudi Riyals, is set to mature in 2032. The third tranche amounts to 2.451 billion Saudi Riyals and will mature in 2036. The fourth and largest tranche is valued at 4.065 billion Saudi Riyals and will mature in 2039.
