Saudi Arabian Mining Company recently graduated 58
students from the Jubail Technical Institute, a learning institute developed in
partnership with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
Graduates learned the training tracks for metals aluminum,
which focused on acquisition of basic science and specialization. Graduates of
the program will be able to gain employment in the company’s aluminum projects
in the Ras Al-Khair Industrial City.
The head of the Ma’aden aluminum, Abdulaziz Al Harbi, said
that the track helps trainees participate in the process of construction and
development in the aluminum field. The strategy falls in line with the
development plans of the state and the vision for the Kingdom of 2030.
The Jubail Technical Institute Royal Commission pursues
education and technical training policy and seeks to expand the frontiers of knowledge.
The partnership between Saudi Arabian Mining Company and the Royal Commission
has contributed to the learning development of 2,000 trainees. Of these 2,000,
nearly 70 percent have proceeded to company sites to begin work.
