Saudi Energy Company to hold 28th Ordinary General Assembly meeting virtually on May 5

Saudi Energy Company announced on Apr. 12 that it will hold its 28th Ordinary General Assembly meeting virtually at 6:30 p.m. on May 5, 2026. The meeting will be accessible to shareholders through modern technology from the company’s headquarters in Riyadh via the Tadawulaty System.

The assembly is significant as it provides shareholders an opportunity to discuss and vote on key agenda items, including financial reports, dividend distribution, and board member remuneration for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

According to the company announcement, shareholders registered at the end of the trading session preceding the meeting in the Shareholders Register maintained by Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) are eligible to attend and participate in discussions or voting. The quorum for convening requires attendance by shareholders representing at least a quarter of voting shares.

Agenda items include reviewing board and auditor reports for fiscal year 2025, voting on a proposed dividend distribution totaling SAR 2,916,615,670.5 (70 halalas per share), discharging board members’ liability for that period, approving board remuneration amounting to SAR 8,739,698.95, and appointing an external auditor for upcoming financial years.

Shareholders can vote remotely via Tadawulaty services starting from May 2 until the end of the assembly meeting without any charge. Questions related to agenda items may be directed during the live broadcast using a link provided through Tadawulaty service; inquiries must include full name and ID number for acceptance.
