The session was chaired by Dr. Subaih Al-Mukhaizeem, Kuwait’s Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, who is also serving as Acting Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment. The meeting included finance ministers from all GCC member states and the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
