The Saudi Ministry of Finance is continuing to accept applications for its Technical Cooperation Program with the World Bank. The program, available through the “Hsr” platform, offers fee-based consultancy services that provide access to the World Bank’s expertise in several development sectors. It aims to improve operational methods for government and semi-government entities by aligning them with international standards.

The program covers a range of services, including analytical and training support, strategic project implementation assistance, and consultancy in areas such as investment, business environment, education, healthcare, labor market, energy, transportation, urban planning, public finance management, small and medium enterprise (SME) development, and economic integration between the public and private sectors.

According to the Ministry of Finance: “Through the Technical Cooperation Program with the World Bank, the Technical Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Finance has helped numerous entities achieve their objectives. To date, 80 entities have benefited, covering 103 projects, and the program has facilitated the signing of 46 separate agreements.”

Entities interested in requesting advisory services from the World Bank can register and submit their requests through the Ministry’s e-Services Platform for Government Entities (“Hsr”). The Guideline provides instructions on registration and submitting requests.
