The Saudi Ministry of Finance, through its Government Printing Department, has launched the fifth edition of the “Distinguished Talent Development” program. The initiative is designed to support newly graduated Saudi nationals by providing training aimed at improving technical skills and job performance. This effort aligns with the ministry’s goal to enhance professional readiness among specialized personnel.

The program is open to Saudi citizens who have graduated within the last four years and hold diplomas in relevant technical fields. Participants will engage in specialized training courses followed by 12 months of on-the-job training. Those who successfully complete the program will receive two additional grade increments on their salary scale and are expected to be offered employment opportunities.

Applications for the program will be accepted starting June 22, 2025. Requirements include holding a diploma of at least two years in offset printing, digital printing, or mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance. Applicants must have a minimum score of 4.5 in the IELTS test or its equivalent and must pass assessment tests, interviews, and a medical examination. Full-time commitment is also required.

According to the ministry, “The launch of the program reflects the Saudi Ministry of Finance’s ongoing efforts to develop national talents within a productive and stimulating work environment, enabling technical professionals to contribute to the advancement of the Ministry’s facilities and enhance performance efficiency.” The ministry further stated that this initiative supports Saudi Vision 2030 by building a knowledge-based economy and offering high-quality career opportunities for young Saudis.
