IWC Schaffhausen, a luxury Swiss watchmaker, and Asia Jewelers will bring the Portofino Mid-size Collection to the Moda Mall in Bahrain through Friday.

The exhibit will stop in other Middle East cities including Doha and Beirut. The collection is usually housed in Portofino, Italy.

“Portofino as a fishing village has charmed numerous visitors and celebrities over decades, while Portofino as a watch family has established itself as an integral part of IWC’s history,” brand director of IWC Middle East and India Karoline Huber said. “We are really happy to showcase the Portofino Mid-size collection in the wonderful cities of the Middle East.”

Watch collectors and enthusiasts are encouraged to visit the collection, which features watches that are simply designed and smaller than other luxury timepieces that have become a popular and successful line for the company.

Many of the watches that will be on display feature simple and modern designs with diamonds, gold and stainless steel.

Asia Jewelers and IWC Schaffhausen have been longtime partners in Bahrain and will jointly host the exhibition. The collection will travel through the Middle East until the end of June.
