Kuwait’s top-performing service providers for 2015 were recently announced by Service Hero.

Service Hero is the only completely consumer-powered customer satisfaction index in the Arab world.

The 2015 Customer Service Assessment involved consumers in Kuwait rating 16 industry categories on eight different factors, using a 10-point scale. These factors were reliability, value for money, speed and location, as well as product, staff, website and call center quality. The majority of industries that were assessed related to food, technology, banking and travel.

“I would like to congratulate the winners of the Service Hero 2015 Customer Satisfaction Index Awards and every other company with us here today as they represent the top 10 percent of companies in Kuwait in terms of customer service standards from among over 300 listed in our index,” Service Hero President Faten Abu-Ghazaleh said.

Overall country winners of the Service Hero Award for customer satisfaction were Infiniti, Boubyan Bank and Caribou Coffee.

Other award highlights included four brands receiving first place in their respective category for the first time in 2015. Sakura Japanese won for fine dining; Home Center won for home furniture; Zain won for ISP; and Saveco won for supermarket.
