Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) has
selected Yardi Voyager 7S, a browser-independent, mobile-enabled software, as a
service platform to manage real estate solutions across Sharjah, United Arab
Emirates (UAE).

“The complexities of managing a mixed use portfolio was
one of the key drivers in selecting the right real estate solution for our
business,” Ahmed Al Qaseer, COO at Shurooq, said. “The
Voyager product not only provided us with a platform for highly efficient
property management, also the ease of adding extended functionality to meet
specific business needs is extremely beneficial.”

Shurooq, an independent government body, owns and manages real estate assets from commercial to retail to hospitality. It seeks to
enhance Sharjah’s appeal to tourists, investors and businessmen.

“Yardi is delighted to provide Shurooq with a platform
that allows management of their mixed-use portfolio in a single, integrated
software solution, with an option to provide additional solutions to meet a
range of specific business needs,” Neal Gemassmer, vice president of
international business for Yardi, said.
