SinoGulf Investments uses Yardi Voyager for property management operations

Asset management provider SinoGulf Investments recently integrated Yardi Voyager® into its real estate asset and property management operations.

“SinoGulf selected Yardi Voyager after an extensive review of solutions on the market,” Amit Diwan, SinGulf’s chief financial officer, said. “Yardi provides us with a fully integrated real estate management platform that scales to all of our requirements.” 

Yardi Voyager provides its clients with a real estate platform that upgrades business processes.

Welcoming the new partnership, Neal Gemassmer, Yardi International VP, said Yardi enjoyed servicing businesses in the region.

“We are pleased to welcome SinoGulf as a client,” Gemassmer said. “We are very pleased that the continued investment we make within the region enables us to deliver solutions and services that provide companies such as SinoGulf the greater efficiency that their asset management teams are striving to achieve.”

SinoGulf currently oversees $500 million in assets throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
