Smart Link BPO Solutions and Contact Centers, an outsourcing provider in Saudi Arabia, was the recipient of four awards at the recent Middle East Call Centre (MECC) Awards 2015, which took place in Dubai.

“Winning four awards at the MECC Awards 2015 for our diverse services, consistency in service levels and our overall performance is a huge honor for us,”  Safwan Al Khatib, managing director of Smart Link, said. “We are very happy and proud to receive these prestigious awards, which is the result of the hard work put in by our team and recognition of our track record for success in providing only best-in-class outsourcing services to our customers.”

The MECC Awards, coordinated by Insights, recognizes the performance and service excellence of the best contact centers in the Middle East region.

Smart Link won Call Center OSP of the Year (Ambassador) and Best OSP Reporting Systems and Processes in the Outsourced Services Provider Category. The company also won Best Lead Generation Program in the Sales Operations Category and KSA – FLAGS KPIs Initiative Pioneers in the INSIGHTS FLAGS Initiative Pioneers.
