was one of the first dignitaries to speak at the event, noting that companies that deploy a social responsibility system not only enhance the administration system within the company, but also grow the creativity and positive work environment within the corporation. Social responsibility helps foster a desirable business infrastructure and motivates team members to serve and help their community in areas of environmental risks and beyond.

While social responsibility creates a more engaging, desirable workplace, it also allows for a more competitive edge in the business world and provides added value to customers, Saad said. Businesses that work toward forming partnerships with other organizations within the community will find themselves developing stronger human resources and regularly maintaining basic principles of excellence within the company.
