Tejar Dubai launches app to grow exposure for Emirati-owned businesses

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry said its entrepreneurship development program, Tejar Dubai, has launched “Enatni,” an app designed to grow exposure for Emirati-owned businesses.

The smart application, which is the 27th commercial project the Tejar Dubai initiative has launched, provides comprehensive information on Emirati-owned businesses and institutions that operate in a wide variety of industries, the chamber said in a release.

Sheikh Dhiyab bin Zayed Al Nahyan, chamber President and CEO Hamad Buamim and Secretary General of the Executive Council of Dubai Abdulla Al Shaibani were among thoses attending the launch ceremony for tha app.

Hisham Al Shirawi, second vice chairman of the chamber and head of Tejar Dubai Selection Committee Panel, spoke during the launch ceremony and said that Enatni delivers information for businesses launched by UAE nationals. He noted that the platform can serve as a collaboration initiator for public-private collaborations.the 

The founder of Enatni, Abdullah Al Zaabi, said the number of projects housed on the app is set to reach 5,000 by the end of 2017.
