A recent meeting between leaders of the tourism sector committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Asharqia Chamber of Saudi Arabia aimed to expand tourism in both kingdoms.

Sufyan Al Moayyed, head of the BCCI tourism committee, visited the Asharqia Chamber to discuss ways of stimulating the tourism industry.

During the visit, the committee explored different projects and was informed of the purpose of each, including the Traffic Safety Village launched by Saudi Aramco, the East Coast Festival organized, in part, by the Secretariat of Eastern Province and the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture.

Al Moayyed displayed a great deal of interest in collaborating with the sister committee and working as partners to strengthen the tourism in the area.
