A training program for all United Arab Emirates-based retail partners of TP-LINK Technologies Co. Ltd. has been launched.

TP-LINK is a worldwide provider of SOHO and SMB networking products including wireless accessories, routers, switches, IP cameras, powerline adapters, print servers, media converters and network adapters.

“All retailers that currently sell our solutions such as Sharaf DG, Emax, Jumbo and others are expected to participate in this training program,” Lucas Jiang, country manager for TP-LINK Middle East, said. “We will specifically be addressing the 802.11 ac technology and taking the participants to understand the popularity of ac technology and how they can provide the right solution to the customers based on their need.”

Jiang said the goal of the training program is to help sales staff to better understand the products TP-LINK is developing and offering in the Middle East and will cover how to sell products as well as make sure customers can get the best possible service after purchases.

“There is nothing one loses by getting trained,” Jiang said. “It’s always good to learn about new technology, trends and products coming to market.
We will be certifying all those that pass the exams with a certificate that confirms their credentials.”

All training sessions will be coordinated through TP-LINK retail distributor Techmicro.

“We are covering all our retailers and because each retailer has specific needs, we will be tailoring the program to suit the needs of our partners,” Jiang said.
