Hospitality Development Company (HDC) recently launched a new restaurant, Urban Jazz Kitchen, in Doha.

HDC officials said Urban Jazz Kitchen will blend the sounds and culture of jazz with exciting new flavors of food to evoke a sense of diversity and modern living. The waterfront location, at La Croisette 10, Porto Arabia in The Pearl-Qatar, will host live jazz musicians six nights each week.

The menu consists of appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. HDC said the restaurant will be family-friendly, including pastries, coffee, shisha and a mocktails menu for children.

Hospitality Development Company is a subsidiary of United Development Company that focuses on acquiring and developing high-end hospitality operations and brands in the Middle East, including hotels, restaurants and cafes. The company is particularly interested in building its portfolio in Qatar, which officials describe as a cornerstone of the company’s business strategy.
