Vital Insights’ Foresight Customer Experience Management (CEM) software has expanded Infiniti’s customer service abilities. Vital Insights and Infiniti successfully launched the Foresight CEM in the European markets of France, Germany, UK and Italy, and in the Middle Eastern markets of Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Since the launch, they have expanded to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland.

The launch included a customized survey through the Infiniti Quality Center (IQC), which was designed as a source of customer feedback and to capture input through the Infiniti Middle East call center. These customers cannot be reached via text or email, so the survey methodology assists Infiniti in documenting the customers’ experiences with their vehicles.

“Infiniti has proven that they are dedicated and relentless to the cause of ensuring their vehicle purchasers enjoy the best possible ownership experience,” Vital Insights President Garth Burns said. “We are proud to partner with a company that sets such high standards for customer satisfaction and is unyielding in its pursuit to continuously improve and innovate.”

Vital Insights continues its success as a leader in the automotive CEM market. Based in Canada, it is one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. Its Foresight CEM software gives its automotive clients real-time issue resolution management so they can quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
